Jeremy Conway

Jeremy Conway is the inaugural Chief Executive of Infrastructure SA, having led the organisation since its establishment in 2018. In this role, he provides independent, evidence-based advice to the South Australian Government on infrastructure planning, investment and prioritisation.
Jeremy has overseen the development and implementation of the State’s long-term infrastructure agenda, including South Australia’s first 20-Year State Infrastructure Strategy.
Under his leadership, Infrastructure SA has strengthened infrastructure planning across government, helping identify and prioritise projects that unlock investment, enhance productivity and support the state's future prosperity. He has also played a key role in embedding best-practice principles in capital investment decision-making and project delivery across government.
Jeremy currently serves as the State Lead for the Fuel Security Taskforce, supporting government decision-making and coordination in response to fuel security challenges. He is also a Board Director of Infrastructure Partnerships Australia, contributing to national infrastructure policy and reform discussions.
With extensive experience across both the public and private sectors, Jeremy brings a strong commercial and delivery-focused perspective to infrastructure planning and investment. His career includes senior leadership roles within the South Australian Government, as well as international experience with CVC Capital Partners in London and Places Victoria, providing a unique blend of policy, investment and industry expertise.
Jeremy is committed to ensuring infrastructure decisions are informed by evidence, aligned with industry demand and responsive to emerging economic opportunities, helping position South Australia for long-term growth and competitiveness.
